Product Introduction

The "Intrinsic Safety DCS Isolation Station" of OptimiPro Control Technology Co., Ltd. has been developed for remote monitoring purposes in order to ensure safer, more reliable, and long-term stable operation, as well as to facilitate real-time monitoring of the operation of each station by manager. The solution of "Intrinsic Safety Production Process Remote Monitoring Platform" has been developed, which can realize remote monitoring of the operation of isolation stations in different locations (such as Beijing headquarters monitoring Hunan factory). For example, there are three geographically dispersed factories: Factory 1, Factory 2, and Factory 3. Each factory has deployed several sets of intrinsic safety DCS isolation stations to safely isolate the DCS of the factory, and each is equipped with isolation station detection servers in its own area. By using wireless data transmission units (DTUs) and mobile communication (SMS), the operation status of isolation station groups in various regions will be aggregated to the "Remote Monitoring Server for Isolation Station Operation" at the headquarters for remote detection (Web based).

Platform composition and application

This monitoring platform consists of three modules: the "Isolation Station Fault Detection and Alarm System", the "Isolation Station Remote Monitoring Server", and the "Wireless Data Transmission Unit (DTU)". The application adopts B/S architecture, and the system server is equipped with web services. Internal hosts outside the server can access and monitor using a browser.
